I have using this product from 8months. Not a single issue . No disconnection issues. No sync issues and accurate status will be displayed on the app almost immediately.Note: Need any tapo Hub i won’t work without Hub

Ringtone of hub rings the Alarm 1 even if you change it to any other ringtone in Smart action. Tried even restarting with no help.

I bought 3 of them, it came from UK. They charged me import taxes, and when I tested them, none of them worked. When I tried to return it, they said I have to pay for return. The shipping, for me, was the same price I paid for the items. Is good that Amazon simply refunded me. But never buy from them again.
