The spinach mix is delicious, we haven’t been able to try the beetroot yet as it isn’t gluten free which is a bit inconvenient for us (celiac family member). The batter is easy to make, I found it better to make it a bit thinner for a better dosa. I found them a little tricky to flip so made them in a sandwich press which eliminated that issue. They inspired me to make my own recipe using red lentil flour, cumin seeds, garam masala, asafoetida, yoghurt, milk and boullion powder. These are as tasty as the Slurrp but a little easier to work with and are GF. I’ve had a few other Slurrp products and they are always very tasty.
