Bad connectivity
Machine is sturdy and fast for all normal tasks. Both bluetooth and wifi are very bad, cannot work with wireless keyboard and mouse beyond 1 feet from the tower, internet speed drops 20 times for no reason on wifi. I have a i5 2nd generation machine 13 year old and both bluetooth and wifi work perfect with a 500rs external dongle, not sure why this cutting corners on an expensive device, will be raising customer complaint asap. Thought of not taking a chance with assembled build but got rubbed the wrong way with this one.Update: Today the technician visited, both Bluetooth and WiFi have issues, most likely hardware, called amazon support they are not getting option to replace the item, will wait a day or two else cancellation is the only option.Update: Been calling amazo tech support since beginning of this week, employees seem to be going through their own bolshevik revolution, from tech support to delivery to the app which gives option to return, do not work, asus tech confirmed that they will repair and fix the issue but it was me who relied on amazon for this product to be returned which did not happen as desired and now next hearing is at 12 of october.Final update: The machine was finally picked up on the second attempt as the only option was to cancel and refund, i wanted a replacement which is what the amazon site also showed and has had been working since long.**************************Closing comments********************************Much of the above is more to do with amazon experience and does not do justice to this desktops capabilities. For anyone interested in buying machine of this configuation can be rest assured that it does what it promises. The machine is a good solid 4/5 in terms of value for money and performance.Positive- Play video games, in the first 3 days i test out cyberpunk2077 and tekken8 both worked without any issues.- Sturdy build- Beyond video games all things (browsing, programming, 4k videos, rendering…) work like hot knife on butter (i am coming from 2nd gen i5 13 year old machine)Negative- I use a UPS and as UPS go, while playing video games the machine takes a lot of power and the UPS flips and turns off… buying a new and more powerful UPS can be a way to go, i removed monitor from the UPS plug and then it would work however not without tripping to UPS mode from time to time, most likely due to higher power draw. This is something that a new buyer must be congnizant of. I was wondering what would happen with i9.- I noticed later & this was not put as a complaint, the fans make a low noise which is pervasive, in day time i did not notice that as there is a lot of outside noise as well but at night it would be there, this for a lot of old desktop users may not be a new thing, i have been using i5 2nd gen desktop since last 13 years however from time to time keep updating its parts like ssd, smps; its fans do not make any noise even if i keep it next to the monitor. This is something that once you know you know and i don’t think there is a way out of it, this can be annowing for an observer, is it from power supply fan or any other fan i did not look into. Again may not be an issue for a lot of people. It makes sense to go with liquid cooling if it gives noiseless workspace.

Does what it is supposed to
Runs stuff flawlessly. Temps are well managed. Those that are facing wifi issues, there is a wifi 6e antenna in the packaging ( with gold plated screws) use that and see your wifi range go to max. All in all a fantastic purchase.
