Bad quality plastic- leakage
It’s cheap because it’s bad quality plastic. And the product I received is having water leakage issues, customer care don’t even respond over call , kindly call there customer care number before purchase you will get an idea that what and how you will get service. Many other companies are selling the same looking product. It’s all cheap china made product in the name of made in india ..

This purifier makes lot of noise.
I never used any purifier before. Purchased in dec. It makes lot of noise. Also I asked installation person about maintainance he said you need to change prefilter after 3months which costs 1200 rs. Really expensive as I asked a local shop he is selling prefilter at 500 rs.

Low quality product – too many problems
Leakage testing was not done properly before shipment. Water was leaking from the already connected pipes. Within 7 days of installation, charger went bad. Had to pay 300/- for service visit for replacement of the same. Now within 2 days of the same, tap has started leaking. Overall a low quality product.
