Poor Glass Lid
The glass lid cracked and blasted when i covered my cooking stuffs, probably i just kept it for 1 mins covered and it blasted. May be after long time i tried cooking something which i had to cover it and let it boil for 5 mins atleast. However it spoiled my curry ingredients with cracked glassesâs all over as u could see in the image attached. Kindly let me know the warranty related stuff and process. I need a better glass lid atleast.However after follow ups, on 13th August, The brand sent me a full refund gift card instead of replacement. Thanks for the cooperation, but would request u to improve the quality of the products.
