Def Leppard performs classic songs on Jimmy Kimmel Live: Watch

Def Leppard brought the rock to the Jimmy Kimmel live stage on Wednesday evening (May 25). In addition to performing one of their new singles, “Take What You Want”, as part of the late night program, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers performed three off-air classics for a bonus set reserved for Youtube.

The off-air set consisted of massive hits ‘Rock of Ages’, ‘Hysteria’ and ‘For Some Sugar on Me’ as the veteran British rockers offered a taste of what was to come on their next Northeast stage. American 2022 co-headlining tour with Mötley Crüe. This outing will kick off June 16 in Atlanta and run through September 9 in Las Vegas, with tickets available through Ticketmaster.

Def Leppard will release their new album, Diamond Star Halos, this Friday (May 27). Along with “Take What You Want”, the band released singles “Kick” and “Fire It Up”.

Singer Joe Elliott and guitarist Phil Collen recently chatted with Serious consequence on Zoom to discuss the album and the stadium tour. Collen told us about the tour, which has been postponed twice due to the pandemic, “We’ve obviously been excited for two years,” and Elliott added, “It’s something we’ve been really, really looking forward to. “
