Product works as mentioned , one can get it at a reasonable price. Made in China so build quality is not that great. With winters approaching this product will help in making yogurt. It usually takes 4 – 5 hours but electricity usage is of 15w only.

Defective and faulty wiring.
It was less than two hours that I was using it that it suddenly sparked up and stopped working. At the same time my electricity meter was affected by the use of this appliance. I had to pay a hefty 2000 rupees to replace my electric meter that actually exploded with a loud sound. I was shocked out of my wits when this happened in my apartment. I want to return this immediately and want a refund asap.

BOWL was broken after fews days, I really appreciate service of Agaro. They have delivered new bowl with better quality. And My interaction with Payel, were extremely friendly

Good product, bad packaging
Bought the left one for personal use,after using I ordered more for gifting and got the ones with cardboard packaging which looks shabby. Company should work on packaging for large orders. I donât have time to replace now. Never expected this kind of packaging from such big brand.
