It is a great product that has almost all the features like grinding, juicer, mincing etc and comes in handy with the accessories. It is value for money, easy to clean, easy to attach the accessories.I would definitely recommend this over buying mixer/grinder juicer separately.

Good product pathetic after service
While the product is good , their after service is worst in class. They take 48 hours to respond minimum to any queries and then it took them 10 days on two occasions I had an issue with to ship their spare part to me . They were doing this to save costs and didnât have any spare part in Bangalore and their explanation was that other brands take 20 days , we do this in 10.. never buying this brand again and wouldRecommend everyone to not go near this for peace of mind if you want to use the device for long time

Good product, could’ve been more durable for the price
Nice features and everything, good post purchase service. It’s just the fact that products nowadays, no matter how much money you put in don’t seem to durable like they used to be earlier. There is a bit lack of finish in the make of jars. The body although has a layer of metal, feels light and not so sturdy, which I didn’t expect at this price, which was bit on a higher side. Usability wise it’s perfect, will update the review after a few days.

Good food processor, but luck of support
Bought this food processor about a year ago. It is very good and powerful. But then I had slightly damaged the lid. Safe locker was crashed. Actually, if I blocking the hidden safe button, I still can use the processor, but with less safety. Yes, it is completely my fault. But when contacted to the seller and asked for replacement of the lid (not for free, I going to pay any adequate price) – no one answered.So, it is good until it is working, but if something will be damaged – no one will help you.
